2. Use of the website and IDX/MLS search

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. This includes our IDX property search, which is powered by our IDX/MLS provider and lets you search live listings, save homes, and request a home-value estimate. You agree not to:

• Use the site or the IDX/MLS search for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or republish listing data, content, or images except as expressly permitted in Section 3.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or any connected service, including the IDX/MLS feed.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other code that could harm the site or other users.
• Use any automated system (bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the site in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably make in the same period.

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

3. IDX / MLS data terms and no warranty on listing accuracy

Property listing information on this website, including the IDX property search in the site header, is provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) and is sourced from the applicable Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This data is subject to the following terms:

• Personal, non-commercial use only. Listing data is displayed for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing or renting.
• Believed accurate, but not guaranteed. The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or by MW Realty Group. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.
